Q How
much room do I need?
A Our trailers
are 18 to 28 feet long x 8 feet wide. There needs to be a
somewhat
level location that will fit the trailer.
The trailer is delivered with a truck so we will need room
to access
your desired location.
Q What are the electric requirements?
A To be fully
functional, we need two twenty amp services. Yes, the trailer
can run off of most standard electric connections
but the air conditioners and heat will not work properly
without ample power.
Q Do I need water on site?
A Our trailers
have their own fresh water source and also run off of a
garden hose. We prefer to hook up a garden hose on site
to assure adequate water supply. Our water tanks
are large with an ample supply of water and the trailer
uses water saver facilities. Q Do I need a sewer connection?
A No. Our trailers are self-contained and have a very large waste
tank which can accommodate a 12 hour event. Q How many people can the trailer handle?
A Each
trailer can handle approximately 175 men and 175 women
per hour and up to 3,000 total uses. Depending on the
duration of the event, lines may be the biggest issue
to handle your
crowd. For example, during a 4-hour event, the trailer
can handle a maximum of 700 men and 700 women if spaced
evenly. Q Is the trailer handicap accessible?
A No. We can supply you with a mobile restroom that is handicap
accessible to meet these needs however. Q What if I have a problem during my event?
A We
are always just a phone call away. We can include in
your price trained attendants that will guarantee
the trailer is a hit at your event. We can provide you
with one male and one female attendant. Their job is to make sure
your trailer is kept as clean during your event
as it was at the beginning. They will stock supplies
and
handle the
basic janitorial needs. Although it’s highly unlikely,
they are also trained in handling any technical problems
should any occur. Q I only need the trailer for one day, is there a charge for
extra days?
A No.
We are very flexible and understand your needs when setting
up
an event. We prefer to have the trailer in your possession
for no more than 5 days if you have a one day event. We
also
appreciate being able to have our attendants bring the
trailer back with them after the event is over to save
us a tip and
keep our costs and therefore our customers prices at a minimum. Q Can I use a trailer in the winter?
A Yes.
Our trailers are winterized and will remain functional
as
long as they are left POWERED ON. In extreme cold, or
in some special situation, we may have to build in some
added
winter protection. |
